all jokes aside, we hope that you LOVE all of our services but, if you need to cancel, please visit your customer profile. you'll see a tab to manage your memberships + subscriptions there.  please note:: cancellation requests for "THE BOX" subscription must be received by the 15th of the prior month before the billing date (the 1st of the month) or you'll be charged for the upcoming month.
