Shipping::

All orders are shipped within 72 business hours, please keep in mind that this does not  include shipping time just our order processing time.  

Free shipping over $100, not applicable for sale or pre-orders.

 

Return Policy::

We wanted it to work out & hate that it didn't!

The Hip Eagle accepts returns of new, unwashed, unworn, tags-attached merchandise postmarked within 14 days of receipt of shipment for exchange or store credit which can be used in shop & online:: credit does not expire.

*PRE-ORDERED styles cannot be canceled & follow the same return policy as stated above. 

We DO NOT refund "accidental" orders. Once items are received, you can exchange or return for store credit. 

We do not accept returns on sale items, purses, accessories, jewelry, intimates, hats or gift cards; these items are final sale.

Unacceptable returns will be returned to customers at their own expense.

We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages-we pride ourselves in doing our job correctly & so we leave the accountability to the shipping service that lost your package, apologize for the ugliness of the world & pray justice is served.

About RE:DO

RE:DO is a third party returns portal that works with us to create a seamless returns transaction.  A charge of $1.98 is automatically added to every cart, you do have the option to delete from cart at check out.  This is a non-refundable charge from RE:DO that gives the client 'unlimited returns' for their order at no additional cost. This means RE:DO will provide as many labels per order as needed, without any additional charge from the $1.98 originally at checkout.  
If you purchased the $1.98 free returns for store credit + exchange protection at the original time of checkout, there is no additional cost to return the package. You will be able to submit a return for store credit or exchange and receive a pre-paid label through our return center at no additional cost to you. 

RE:DO still abides by our return policy stated above. 

You have the option to remove RE:DO from your cart.  If you chose to checkout without RE:DO, and would like to make a return, you will still need to go through our return portal HERE which will further direct you on how to confidently make your return.
