Return Policy::

We wanted it to work out & hate that it didn't!

The Hip Eagle accepts returns of new, unwashed, unworn, tags-attached
merchandise postmarked within 14 days of receipt of shipment for store
credit. 

Please re-package the unworn, unwashed, tags-attached merchandise and send it back to us at the following address:

The customer is responsible for return shipping. The Hip Eagle is not
responsible for lost packages, so if you don't trust the postal
service, insure it & track it!

Returns & exchanges will not be accepted after the 14 day
period.  Shipping charges are non-refundable. Once the merchandise has
been received, a store credit, in the form of an online code, will be
issued within 7 business days via email (email address used during
purchase). 

NO RETURNS on sale items, purses, accessories, jewelry, intimates, hats or gift cards.  these items are final sale.

Unacceptable returns will be returned to customers at their own expense.

Exchange Policy::

Have something else in mind?  Make a note when returning of the item
you'd like---be sure to include color, size, etc.  Please also include
contact info in case we have a question for you!  We will do our best to
fulfill your exchange request but will refund you if we cannot.
